The staff were competent and offered guidance. Our accommodation was set in a very central location close enough to the fashion district which has a lot of bars, Kensington gardens, and a green area adjoining Alexandra park where many people relaxed. Chinatown district was definitely worth visiting.

The location was favourable, not far from downtown and many cool stores, venues, Chinatown shops & restaurants, and the theater district. The food was good, with a wide array of options. I had a really comfortable stay for 2 nights

Clean hotel in a nice building adjacent to a park. Walking distance from Kensington Market, Chinatown, and TIFF. Excellent location with views of downtown. Nearby Tequila Bookworm is a great place to chill out.

The room at the Alexandra Hotel was spacious and well-equipped with a small fridge, microwave oven, and gas stove. The location was excellent, close to Queen Street and Chinatown, with downtown just a short walk away. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.
Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

Location and access to public transport
The Hotel is very old and Air Con is not designed to support new age of the lifestyle. Air Con got to be replace with modern units!
